After my journey at Genasys Technologies I was offered employment at Stonehage Fleming.

Employment type: Full time

Reporting to and working with Gert Bester to build new, maintain existing and improve future processes. Being part of the largest team I have ever worked with, we are all elite in our field with years of experience and tons to bring to the table. We work with the business to implement new soltuions and do integrations with their internal systems. My main focus here again being Laserfiche but having all the background knowledge of custom solutions and integrations I get to build and maintain APIs for the other team members to improve the overall user experience for our users.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing my time
  • Keeping my JIRA tickets up to date
  • Scoping sessions with the relevant parties
  • Improving current system loading times by providing custom API solutions
  • Learning new frameworks and staying ahead
  • Making sure my solutions are safe against cyber attacks
  • Being part of the team by assisting whomever else needs help
